Phone EnV

My new Chicka Penny rocks, Her Bf/hubby Cory got us a smoking deal and we got new phones for us. Elio actually got a "cool" phone this time and shh...Some little birdie is getting a phone as her Christmas present too... Back story... About 8 weeks ago I kicked a soccer ball and it whacked her (Penny's) son Skylar in the noggin and i just about died of embarrassment when he recognized me from working in the school. Aren't you Jaren's Mom. You did playground duty at Santa Rosa. OIY! I felt so,so,so awful. But Penny was so good about it. Now who would of thought you could bond over that? LOL! Amanda absolutely loves her Baby son Zane. He's half the size of her in height and weight but Amanda loves him to pieces. And as for Cory from what i have heard he loves George Michael and he's a genesis kinda guy. But we don't hold that against him. Thanks Penny & Cory!

my DaD

who,what,where,why? Constant questions in my head. Do I look like him ? Do my kids look like him? I know J's fingers look like his Papa's because of the years of sitting at the table watching them work. Whether it was a simple cracking a pile of nuts to watching him dab a bingo card. I know what they looked like. And Amanda & Jaren always say I got Papas eyes, and his fingernails etc.. and wow is it cool to see those features passed on. But what did Bob Mason give them? I guess I'll never know. These are the only pics I have of him. Ive been writing My "grandfather" for years with no response on his behalf. I don't want my childrens history to be tossed out or forgotten when he passes. Its so frustrating being so far away.

Goof Balls!

It was really nice out the day after Halloween so El ran the sprinkler to the grass thinking the kids and DOG would have fun Just Running thru the water. But NOOOOO! They made a huge mess of each other the kids were covered in mud, dog was muddy and shaking everywhere. GRRR! So dinner was just about to be ready. We said kidding " ok, Time to clean up everybody in the pool!" Wouldnt you know they jumped in with out hesitation. What Goof balls it was 76* but brrrr! they stood there giggling and then i told them out and into warm showers! As for distructo dog She got hosed off and doesn't look like she was in a dog fight anymore.

Jaren trick or treating while she was in time out. LOL After that we ditched the trunk or treating and hit the streets! The kids popped over to Kenny and Debbie's to trick or treat They had a good time, Complaining of feet aching and tired of walking. Ahhh that's Halloween.

Why didnt anybody say anything its been months since a post!

Jaren made his own Wall-E , I thought it was very inventive. The kids picked what they're going as for halloween . Amanda is going as a Punkrocking Bat and Jaren is going as Indiana Jones. Jeez , I have a lot to catch up on.

Meet The Teacher

We had a meet the teacher night and a ribbon cutting ceremony. Where did the time go ? Is it seriously her 5th year and his 2nd . WOW ! Its going fast.

First Day Of 5th and 2nd Grade

Our first day "walking " to school to .All of about 650 steps but Heck who's counting. We all had an exhausting day . I am seriously mentally depleted. I never expected the job I was given this year. Not that I wanted to do what I did last year But, I like to mingle with the kids and Im in an inclusion room now and I just don't know what to do with myself in there. I'd rather do Caf and Playground duty, Its fun watching the kids . This is , Um, Less than fun.
