Mid October 5 days 4 nights !!! yippee!!!

Going for Anthony & Emelita's vow renewal , and we get to spend lots of time with lots of family , which we badly need !!!

The kids are excited to see their cousins and we just need to see some family. Besides how often does anybody come out this way . Exactly. Life is to short to not enjoy the time together that your given .

We are looking forward to having a vacation . Kids have that week off from school and Elio got that week off also so..... Vegas here we come !!

Were saving our quarters stretching those dollars and plan to have a great time .

ok , so ask me where i spent my Friday night ...... At urgent care haveing this darn thing scraped out of my ear.... they couldn't get the whole thing so i now have this freaking thing still in my ear until at least monday when i can see an Ear nose and throat Dr .

Things i miss seeing. believe it or not.

Just starting this post , will add more. Feeling a little home sick maybe. or i just miss the pizza.....

Almost an inch here in under 2 hours , in Scottsdale 30 min. away they got almost 3 3/4 inches in the same time. That's a little short of half a year rain fall in 1 day. "The Garden" is producing about 6 cantaloupe right now , a ton of basil and tomatoes abound. no beans although we did plant them . and haven't seen squash yet . Watermelons are coming back up , i think the pumpkins squished the vines ... wait and see ... i can't wait to plant spinach& broccoli again and lots of other stuff. mmmm.....

ok , so today we were repeatedly serenated , so i'd like to thank Kevin , Linda and Kristin once again , for their thoughtfullness , and yes the flute was included later. then i booted them outside to share with the neighbors their talent. some earplugs for mom would be greatly appreciated .

Checking mail, 8. home SWEAT home , 9. top number is outside bottom is inside , 10.thermostat didn't work , back to ken and debs for a swim, 11.Ahhh.....ya, this sucks LOL .ok maybe a little. 12. hummingbirds galore.

August 12 of 12 not yet, coming..........

We'll be over at my uncle's till our A/c unit is fixed , so we'll probably be home tuesday so i'll post the page then.

So the first week wasn't so bad it was actually great. they only lost my son 1 time , he wasn't in the pick up area he was suppose to be in , and they blamed him for getting in the wrong line , nice..... other than that they played hard and ate great at dinner time. A' had a great week too, she likes her teacher ALOT ! She can't wait to get to work ..... As for us we are now spending the next 3 nights at uncle Kenny's , we are having a/c issues at our house and didn't want to sweat it out , literally... so the kids are having a fantastic time running around and can't wait to swim tomorrow morning and eat breakfast at uncle kenny's.... its like going on vacation but not .

1st day of kindergarten , 3rd grade

Well , we all made it. and only a few tears..... from me . i missed them today so much it hurt . but i do think i will get some things done, and get to work on myself . All in all, they had a great day , played hard and ate everything on their dinner plate. lol .

School Butterflies

I've got butterflies thinking about school starting ... I swear there are more and more days I'm so happy it's bed time cause I'm mentally and physically done . I get nothing done during the day . a ton laundry , it sits unfolded for days , wet smelly towels magically appear everywhere . toothpaste smears speckled mirrors , unflushed toilets , clothing everywhere , and didn't i just feed you and your hungry again ? sticky table tops and crumbs everywhere . Ahhh... I love being a mom. A is going to 3rd grade and J is starting kindergarten. (i don't think he really gets (it) that he's going to go everyday ) And i am going crazy thinking my babies are grown up on me . I know it was really, really hard when A started school , but i think it was easier because i had 1 more at home , but now He is going , my little buddy, my company . He is such a hugger , a smooshie and out of the clear blue he'll just say "I Wove you Mom." , i don't want him to loose that. But i want to see him have a blast at school and have stories and show off what he has done . "look what i made" is one of my favorite sayings . ~~~~~ I'm gonna miss my babies . I'm so proud of the way they have grown and the people they have become so far . Don't get me wrong , I will selfishly enjoy some alone time which i rarely have gotten in the past 8 years . But i prefer to have a kiddo snuggled in my lap . The sound of them breathing , the smell of their hair ,watching their eye movement as they watch TV , cartoon background music , mommy ,mommy , mommy,.. Chocolate milk breath , a giggle/laugh felt and heard . I can't wait for school break . am i crazy or what !!
